On-Site Labor & Maintenance Rates.   A trained service representative will arrive on-site within the next day after receipt of your call.  Service will be performed between 8am and 5pm local time, Monday-Friday, except holidays.  This applies to sites within 100 miles of Oakhurst Office Equipment's service location in Oakhurst, California.  Service includes repair of specified malfunction, a multi-point cleaning and a proactive health check of your machine advising you of recommended  service to minimize future downtime and increase your efficiency.  You can rely on Oakhurst Office Equipment to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your office equipment will be kept up and running with a quality consistent with the performance of your office equipment when it was new.

Hourly Labor Rates:

On-Site Labor Rate (Zone 1 - up to   15 Mile Radius) 1 Hour Minimum..........65.00hr.

On-Site Labor Rate (Zone 2 - up to   50 Mile Radius) 2 Hour Minimum..........65.00hr.

On-Site Labor Rate (Zone 3 - up to 100 Mile Radius) 3 Hour Minimum..........65.00hr.

Depot Labor Rate (FREE Evaluation of repairs needed)....................................45.00hr.

 

Annual Maintenance Rates

(Includes unlimited on-site service calls for one full year, Quarterly preventive maintenance inspections,

Includes all OEM parts required for repair excluding paper and toner.)

Copiers & MFP's (Based upon annual copy volume - $0.015 cents per copy).....300.00 minimum
